On the occasion of EICMA 2019, introduced the work of the guys from Honda R&D Europe named CB4 X Concept, visible in the area “Design Studio” at the stand of the Japanese manufacturer.

Result of the forge of “futuristic ideas and concepts” active from 2015, this Honda CB4 X Concept it is the result of work signed by Valerio Ayello and a team of designers, mixing two types of production, namely Sports/Touring e Crossover of medium displacement. The formula of a new futuristic concept. A vehicle aimed at a type of customer who, while not giving up the possibility of traveling for long distances and as a couple to explore different places, still loves sporty dynamism.
The medium is characterized by a refined and at the same time articulated style, alternating fluid traits with drier ones. A compact design, designed to facilitate daily use in the city, but with versatile mechanics to be used outside even on mountain routes, according to the indications. Among the interesting aspects is the presence of an aluminum frame that converges towards the streamlined and equally compact area behind it. The chassis rests on a front wheel 17 inches and thrust is produced by a four-cylinder in-line engine.
Also reported is an optical unit with a distinctive light signature and DRL integrated, an added screen, a tank extending towards the front and an adjustable windshield.
