Honda CB1000R: a video to tell the emotions of the sportiest of the three Neo Sports Cafés
Tradition and 'Neo Sports Café' style, mixed with high performance and lots of fun
Honda Italia has created a video that leaves the words to the engines, rather than to actors or testers, to tell us the emotions of a motorbike designed to entertain and give the maximum riding experience on the road, not on the track. We tried the younger sisters, but also her (here is the test from the CB125R, here of the CB300R e here is the maximum expression of the Neo Sports Café range: the CB1000R). A maxinaked that combines refined style, with meticulous details, with high performance, thanks to its "tame" 4-cylinder in-line engine, but still Superbike-derived.
The story features two friends, united by a passion for the 4 cylinders of the Casa dell'Ala, engaged in an itinerary, with a surprise ending. The initial appointment for an aperitif in the center (of Milan), to map out the itinerary for a nice ride on the mountain roads. When the proud owner of the wonderful and original CB750 Four realizes that he has a busy agenda, he has to give up, making room for his motorcycle-riding companion with a new Honda CB1000R. Instead of a solo ride, he finds himself accompanied by a new friend, riding a CBR1000RR Fireblade, with whom he can have fun along the splendid curves of the itinerary. We'll leave the rest to the story on video, with an ending that few other motorcycle manufacturers could invent...
A video that takes inspiration from a story that has lasted for over 50 years, that of the "CB Four". A motorcycle that burst onto the market revolutionizing the idea of sportiness on two wheels. The first Honda CB750 Four was innovative and took a huge advantage over the competition, forced to chase a myth that over the decades established itself as an absolute reference. The acronym "CB" became synonymous with sportsmanship and high performance, but not only. An uninterrupted tradition, which has survived to this day through splendid models who have written memorable pages in the history of
motorcycling. The latest addition is the Honda 'Neo Sports Café' family, which sees the CB1000R as its flagship. In common, the three motorcycles have a refined style, meticulous details and precious finishes, but the "millona" adds to this the very high performance of its 1000 HP 4 cc 145-cylinder in-line engine.
Filmed at the beginning of July 2018 between Milan and the province of Brescia, the video lasts approximately 2 minutes and mixes
'retro' emotions and very high performance, to express the double soul of the new CB1000R,
the maxinaked Honda is beautiful to look at from any angle, and exciting to drive on any route.
