Highway Code – Scooters and 125 cc motorbikes will still not be able to travel on the motorway. The new Highway Code has in fact come to an abrupt halt. There would be no financial coverage according to the Senate Budget Committee and for this reason it stopped the bill. It stops like that too the Horizon 2020 plan: a package of measures that the Ministry of Transport had included in the bill with the aim of halving road deaths in the period 2011-2020.
