HERO HX250R, the European debut is approaching
It should cost around 2.500 euros
HERO HX250R – The HERO HX250R will go on sale in India from next October, a move that could signal a European launch next year.
The HERO HX250R, in Europe EBR, will have a power of 249 cc and on paper it already looks like a truly impressive two-wheeler. At the right price it could give tough competition to bikes of the caliber of the Honda CBR300R.
The EBR was first introduced in India a year ago and then shown at Milan motorcycle show in November, during which the company announced its intention to sell motorcycles in Europe starting next year. The Indian company – the largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world – has decided on the name 'HX250R' on the domestic market, but when it arrives in Europe it will be marketed under the EBR brand.
The HERO HX250R was born from a joint venture with Erik BuellRacing, of which he acquired a stake of 50% in 2013, and according to the specialized site Visordown.com, the prototypes of the HERO HX250R were built in America by EBR. The price should be around 2.500 € and it could have two power modes, with a relative reduction in power.
