A fleet of 333 electric scooters is available for those who have installed the Helbiz app on their mobile device.

The arrival in Catania is part of a broader distribution strategy across Italy and the company is also involved in various activities to promote road safety and the safe use of electric scooters. On Saturday, Helbiz will be present with an infopoint in Piazza Tricolore, in the Catania seafront area, offering citizens free test drives and information for responsible use of vehicles.
Catania will also be home to the Helbiz LAB2040, like other Italian realities, road safety workshops started in September with 2.200 students from various high schools involved. There are theoretical moments and also safe test drives, where possible. A program included on the Ministry of Education website for its fundamental role in civic and road education, as indicated.

Service costs

Electric scooters will be usable from December 11th through the use ofHelbiz app, downloadable from the App Store and Google Play Store, being able to take advantage of Helbiz Unlimited, a special flat rate of 39,99 euros per month which allows an unlimited number of journeys, or choose a consumption rate of 1 euro for the initial unlock + 0,20 XNUMX euros per minute per ride, as reported.
