Helbiz: the "incentivized parking" initiative launched
20% discount when parking in the suggested areas
Introduced by Helbiz il “incentivised parking”, a method to combat the problem of wild parking of scooters. Started last week in Milan and now extended to all the locations where the company operates, the initiative includes one 20% Off on the journey just completed by parking the vehicle in certain areas visible on the Helbiz app.
The initiative
Il “incentivised parking” concerns all 19 city in which Helbiz is present. The new proposal is part of a much broader path that will guarantee an exclusive sharing mobility service in the country.
It is the first micro-mobility operator to reward the most responsible users with a dedicated discount.
Once the rental has started, the user can check on the Helbiz app the areas that are among those suggested for correct parking. Through the GPS integrated on Helbiz scooters, the system can geolocate the vehicle and, when the user decides to end his ride at one of these points, he will see a 20% discount on the total cost applied in real time of the rental.
