Harley Davidson XG750 – A next-generation Harley-Davidson flat-track is ready to race. The Factory Team Harley-Davidson Screamin' Eagle is unleashing the XG750R, its first flat track bike in 44 years, to battle fierce competition on dirt track ovals across the United States. The XG750R will make its official competition debut on Saturday, May 29, at the AMA Pro Springfield Mile in Illinois.

Powered by the Harley-Davidson Revolution the Harley-Davidson XG750 will take to the field with Official Team rider Davis Fisher in the AMA Pro Harley-Davidson GNC1 presented by Vance & Hines series. The new XG750R is strictly a race machine and will not be offered for sale at this time by Harley-Davidson. It is powered by the 750cc Revolution Prepared for the track, this powerplant will push the new Harley-Davidson XG750 to be first at the finish line. The Revolution X race engine and racing chassis for the XG750R were developed in collaboration with Vance & Hines Motorsports. Vance & Hines is also the partner of the Harley-Davidson Screamin' Eagle/Vance & Hines drag racing program, with V-Rod bikes having won eight of the last 12 NHRA Pro Stock drag racing championships. “Vance & Hines has taken advantage of the potential technical elements inherent in the Revolution X engine“, said Kris Schoonover, Harley-Davidson racing manager. “After decades of success on the flat track with the Harley-Davidson XR750, we knew it was time to develop the next generation Harley-Davidson to compete in one of racing's premier sporting events."

Eighteen-year-old Fisher, in his first season with the Screamin' Eagle Factory Team Harley-Davidson, a rookie in the GNC1 series, will be the first rider to race the XG750R. His palmares includes the victory of the 2015 AMA Pro GNC2 championship.
