Harley Davidson Street Bob® special edition, a rare commodity

The new Street Bob® special edition it is a rare species: a pure Bobber, but even more cutting-edge. Inspired by Harley-Davidson's Factory Customization program, this limited edition model of very few examples is
available only in international markets, including the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Renewed for 2013, the Street Bob® Harley-Davidson® is a roaring, stripped-back Bobber based on the Dyna® Harley-Davidson® platform, an irresistible appeal for those who appreciate the pure essence of motorcycling; a typical, powerful American V-Twin engine at the heart of a bike with an attractive and no-frills style, with essential equipment.

The new Street Bob® special edition is equipped with a 1690cc engine to make the unmistakable roar of Harleys resonate. We've embellished it with a classic two-tone scalloped, steel-spoked wheels and eye-catching red rim, so this model stands out for its look as well as its sound. The Street Bob® special edition unleashes the look and unique features of a straight-out-of-the-box Bobber, with standard ABS to elevate its
technical performance to new heights.

“We've always taken inspiration from the street for the Street Bob®,” says Tony Pink, Harley-Davidson® Styling Manager. “This bike is for those who would like a muscle car with the biggest engine possible but no radio. Among the restyling interventions we cleaned up the rear mudguard, removed the battery box cover and bolted on a classic oval air filter cover. The goal is to create the original Big Twin, what a customer can truly define as him”.

The elements that define the Street Bob are still present in the 2013 special edition: solo seat, short rear mudguard and mini "Ape-Hanger" handlebar, features that give this model an unmistakable profile. New styling features include a Twin Cam 103™ powertrain with accent accents, black front ends with brake/tail/turn signal cluster.

• Rubber-mounted Twin Cam 103™ V-Twin engine with electronic sequential fuel injection (ESPFI) and 130 Nm of torque
• Six-speed Cruise Drive transmission
• Spoked wheels and red steel rim; 19" front and 17" rear
• ABS system (Anti-Lock Braking System) as standard
• Scalloped two-tone color, in Big Blue Pearl/Vivid Black
• Black steering plates, engine-transmission unit and battery cover
• Extremely long black wrinkle-effect console with integrated ignition switch
• Clean, short rear fender with brake/tail/turn signal cluster for a very minimal Bobber look and exposed fender mounts
• Rubber-insulated riser posts and forged upper triple clamp reduce vibration and facilitate customization
• Stainless steel mini “Ape-Hanger” handlebar with internal wiring
• 17,8 gallon Fat Bob® fuel tank
• Single-seat saddle
• Controls and driver's footrests in intermediate position
