Harley-Davidson – After the successes recorded last year with over 350 participants, the Harley-Davidson dealership in Parma, in collaboration with the official local club Parma Chapter, is preparing for the third edition of ITALY500 MILES.

The event, scheduled for the weekend of 23 and 24 April, proposes a successful formula, a 24-hour non-stop journey through the most beautiful roads in Italy and a route of around 500 miles to be tackled in one go . Participants will meet at 9.00 am on Saturday 23 April for registration (registrations will close at the end of March), at the headquarters of the Harley-Davidson Parma dealership on Strada Nazionale Est in Stradella di Collecchio. Afterwards, the group will reach the starting point where the first road book will be delivered, at each end of the stage check-point, stamp and delivery of the next road book. Same procedure for the 12 stages of the route located throughout Italy. The challenge will take place through the most evocative places and roads of the Peninsula, making everything even more beautiful and challenging due to the rule that highways are prohibited.

The return to the dealership must take place by 15.00 pm on Sunday 24 April. 450 registered riders and passengers, 15 ladies riding their motorbikes, 150 riders of 11 different nationalities including four from the United States and China. 50 bikers from the Parma Chapter will be involved in the two-day event. The ITALY 500 MILES is rightfully part of what is now a European circuit dedicated to the 500 mile formula, an on the road adventure signed by Harley-Davidson Parma and Parma Chapter.
