Harley Davidson prepares for the third edition of “Battle of the Kings”

Harley Davidson – Harley-Davidson dealers in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region are preparing to demonstrate their skill and supremacy in the creation of custom models, to win the title of “Custom King” of the third edition of the “Battle” competition of the Kings”. This year's event, billed as the largest customization competition in the motorcycle industry, will be based on the customization of a Sportster model of your choice from the Dark Custom range, including the Iron 883, Forty-Eight and Roadster.

Harley-Davidson presented the “Battle of the Kings” – 2017 edition – at Intermot, the biennial motorcycle fair organized in the German city of Cologne, where it exhibited a series of the brand's custom creations. The 2017 Battle of the Kings competition takes place between October 2016 and November 2017 and sees staff from official Harley-Davidson dealerships in EMEA compete against each other to demonstrate their creative skills and originality in customizing a Dark Custom Sportster model. The event includes a national competition to elect the "Custom King" in each country who will compete head-to-head with the other winners of the national championships. The award will be awarded during the most famous sector fair in the world, EICMA, scheduled for November 2017 in Italy.

For this year's customizing competition, the Sportster family was chosen, a range of iconic Harley-Davidson motorcycles since 1957, among the most requested for customizing, with exceptional models of the caliber of Iron 883, Forty-Eight and Roadster, which provide the perfect basis for demonstrating Harley-Davidson dealer customization skills.
