Harley-Davidson Nightster Special: a bold new vision for 2023

Harley-Davidson® Nightster® Special is one of the new features for the 2023 together with other interesting examples such as the renewed model Breakout®, the trike Freewheeler® and limited series celebratory models in the year in which they are remembered 120 years of history.

The new Nightster® Special

This technological example of medium displacement is powered by a V-twin engine Revolution® Max 975T, tuned and liquid cooled. To contain the weight of the vehicle, the engine is integrated as a central element of the chassis part. The motorcycle is equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and cast aluminum wheels.
The motorbike is characterized by a bold style, the headlights are LED type and, among the various solutions, we highlight Cruise control, USB charging port, ABS, traction control system and torque slip control system.
The 4-inch TFT instrumentation is round and the screen supports an infotainment system, interacting with the mobile device via Bluetooth®. Most features require a Bluetooth headset and speakers paired with a helmet.
The selectable driving modes are Road, Sport, Rain or you can create two custom ones. The navigator is associated with the Harley-Davidson® App for iOS or Android downloaded on the smartphone. With navigation enabled, the pilot can select a moving map or a turn-by-turn map, supported by audio instructions. For ease of control, with a 12,7cm mount on the handlebar, the hand controls are positioned 5cm higher and 2,5cm back. The tank can hold 12 liters of fuel and is placed under the saddle, conveying the weight of the fuel downwards, containing the center of gravity for the benefit of handling. Refueling is possible by lifting the saddle. There is also a seat and footrests for the passenger.
The Brembo braking system includes a single 320 mm front solution with four-piston axially mounted caliper and is also single at the rear, measuring 260 mm, equipped with a single-piston floating caliper.
