Harley-Davidson LiveWire: Actor Ewan McGregor Riding in New Series “Long Way Up”

“Long Way Up” is a new series, proposed on Apple TV, with protagonists and producers Ewan McGregor e Charley Boorman traveling on electric vehicles Harley-Davidson® LiveWire®.

The motorcycle

A recognizable example with a recognizable and distinctive style, connected to technological systems and a permanent magnet electrical unit HD Revelation™ offering 105 horses (78 kW) of power and 116 Nm of couple.
The power supply is via a high-voltage battery 15,5 kWh, reported as Res, a rechargeable energy storage system. Made up of lithium ion cells and present centrally, it is embraced by a cast aluminum frame. Four driving modes (Sport Mode, Road Mode, Range Mode and Rain Mode), as indicated.

The series

“Long Way Up” is an original series that follows two previous works by Ewan McGregor e Charley Boorman in “Long Way Round” e “Long Way Down”. The first three episodes will have a world premiere on Apple TV on Friday, September 18, with one release each week, still taking up the information.
A new series following Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman on a journey through 13 countries, almost 20.000 km in 100 days, along the landscapes ofCentral and South America.
