Harley Davidson Battle of the King 2017 – They are experienced and “qualified” to work on a Harley-Davidson. And they, the official Harley-Davidson dealers of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, are called to the challenge.

Battle of the Kings, the European contest now in its third edition, kicked off in October and is about to reach the final stages. By early January the customized bikes, all based on Sportster XL 1200 Roadster, must be finished and ready for competition. Each individual country will then elect its own Custom King. Few rules, but certain and mandatory for all participants: 6.000 euro budget and at least 50% official HD accessories. Style and creativity will make the difference. In Italy, the customizers of over 40 Harley-Davidson dealerships have already got their hands on the project, but what each Custom King team was inspired by, what story it wants to tell and what accessories it will fit, in the over 10.000 in the official catalogue, will be revealed to the public on January 16th.

Online voting on the website will open on that day. In addition to the photo of the artwork, enthusiasts will be able to read a brief description that will highlight what inspired the customization and the main features. Voting will be simple: once registration is completed, each user will be able to express their preference for one or more motorbikes. Online voting will officially close on February 14th. The Italian king of Battle of the Kings will be elected on February 23rd, also thanks to the judgment of an unquestionable technical jury. On the occasion of EICMA 2017, the International Motorcycle Exhibition, the overall winner will be selected among all those elected in Europe.
