Hardalpitour, Yamaha's main partner brings its own Official Team

Hardalpitour – The Hardalpitour is now in its eighth edition, a non-competitive two-wheel marathon with on/off routes which has become, over the years, a fixed stop for all Adventouring lovers. The appointment is from 9 to 11 September, in the Western Alps, for a weekend of extreme challenges. Yamaha, as Main Partner, will be the protagonist by fielding its own Official Team led by Alex Botturi from Brescia of the Yamaha Factory Racing Team.

The 2016 edition will see, as always, the participation of numerous motorcyclists from all over Europe riding single/twin cylinder vehicles with an Adventure spirit weighing over 150kg. They will be guided by a passion for extreme motorbike tourism, outside of any competitive goal, and the demanding driving marathon, with day and night rides along asphalted roads and dirt terrain. Yamaha, once again confirming its vocation for the world of two-wheel Adventure, will field its own Official Team led by the Dakarian Botturi on the XT550Z Super Ténéré in the Classic category (approximately 60km of which 1200% on dirt). At his side will be the journalist and former off-road rider Roberto Ungaro, also riding the iconic twin-cylinder, and Filippo Bassoli, CEO of Deus Ex Machina Italy and great enduro enthusiast, who will use one of the three existing examples of the historic and revolutionary TT600R all-wheel drive enduro.

The famous Yamaha Ténéré Italia Official Club was also present with its own team of enthusiasts. Garessio (CN) and Sestriere (TO) will be the departure and arrival locations where it will be possible to visit the HAT Villages and share your passion for Adventouring marked by three tuning forks.
