Aprilia news

We start with the first interesting innovation signed by the Noale brand, a project ELECTRIC which depicts the vision of future mobility according to Aprilia, thinking of the young people of tomorrow. It is a light and electric motorcycle designed for lively dynamism. ELECTRICa is a new result of the experience made available by the Piaggio Group, which has been working on electric propulsion since 1975, having also introduced several vehicles that were ahead of their time such as the first hybrid scooter in the world, the MP3 Hybrid example. The aesthetics of the project recall the connotative Aprilia stylistic features, at the front you can see an interpretation of the triple headlight headlight unit, just as the taut and sporty features of the entire model stand out. Among the solutions adopted, we mention a keyless system, LCD instrumentation and tone wheels in the rims with technology oriented towards practicality and active electronic aids for a safe experience.
The dimensions are limited as is the height of the saddle and there are both brake controls on the handlebars, making it easier to switch from scooters. The electric powertrain is located in the central area and includes a chain final drive.
Then there's also the new one Aprilia RS660 Extrema, which represents the lightest and sportiest example of the panoramic RS660. Given a new set of components, the weight is 166 kg dry; a new reference point in the relationship between weight and power which remains at 100 horsepower. It features a front fender and a tip under the engine with a new design, developed in carbon. The bold vision is strengthened by a single-seater tail with a passenger seat supplied and the electronic equipment always includes traction control, ABS cornering, engine brake, engine map, wheelie control, all adjustable. Furthermore, the new RS 660 Extrema also includes software that allows you to set the quick shift gearbox in reverse configuration. The gearbox can thus be configured independently, without replacing any components, in a road or reverse version for track driving.
The standard equipment also includes a new and lightweight exhaust system approved by SC Project with a carbon terminal on the right side.

The Moto Guzzi examples

The most important novelty of the production Moto Guzzi is the new V100 Mandello, the model that inaugurates a new production course for the centenary brand. A motorbike also available in the S version, immediately recognizable by its sculpted, fluid and aerodynamic design, which is associated with interesting technological solutions. First of all, adaptive aerodynamics are highlighted, present for the first time on a motorcycle, as well as electronic systems such as a Ride by Wire electronic accelerator, a six-axis inertial platform, four Riding Modes (Tourism, Sport, Rain and Road), a cornering ABS system, semi-active suspension and quick shift system. The engine is a new "compact block" twin-cylinder with a 90° transverse V architecture and liquid cooling system. The power reaches altitude 115 horses at 8.700 rpm and torque 105 Nm at 6.750 rpm, with 82% available already from 3.500 rpm. The limiter is set at 9.500 rpm.

Also highlighted Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber Special Edition a special version almost completely total black with large oversized tires, similar to those present on the motorcycles driven on dirt tracks in the States after the Second World War. Together with the special twin-tone black and gray Workshop color on the metal teardrop tank, which also features a billet aluminum cap, and also visible on the aluminum side panels; there are also bar-end mirrors attached to the ends of the handlebars, fork gaiters and a short front mudguard. The sound of the twin 850 Moto Guzzi engine is underlined by the approved slip-on exhausts painted in matt black, with an aluminum end cap and with an oblique shaping in the terminal part, according to the information.
Moving on to the Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Special Edition, this is a new proposal which, compared to the matt colors typical of the Stone model, wears a special Shining Black color, shiny and dedicated. Graphics with red details are visible on the tank which refer to the tradition of the sportier models. The shock absorber springs are also painted red and you can see contrasting red stitching on the saddle, which is also specific. The set-up includes "bar end" rear-view mirrors and a black anodized billet aluminum tank cap. There are also head covers in a new graphite color and throttle body protectors in black anodized aluminium. A plaque on the handlebar riser highlights the special edition. Among the connotative aspects there is also an exhaust system by Arrow with Moto Guzzi branded mufflers which favors more accentuated performance in terms of power and torque, respectively increased from 48 to 49 kW (66,5 horsepower) at 6700 rpm and 73 to 75 Nm at 4900 rpm.

Piaggio 1 for 2023

The technological e-scooter has a consistent chassis that supports dynamism and is immediately recognizable by its design and features full LED headlights. The technological solutions also include a keyless system and color digital instrumentation.
Thanks to the interventions made on the Power Unit, the electric motor that equips the Piaggio 1 range, integrated into the rear wheel, can now offer better performance to obtain a marked liveliness that facilitates driving in urban traffic.
Talking about the moped version (piagio 1) the speed is limited to 45 km/h, now being able to have almost doubled peak power, equal to 2,3 kW; instead the motorcycle version (Piaggio 1 Active) touch i 3 kW. A notable increase in terms of acceleration, which grows by 14% on the Piaggio 1 and by almost 12% on the Piaggio 1 Active.
Both models have a battery located under the saddle, which can be removed in a short time and transported to recharge elsewhere.
Piaggio 1 is also the only e-scooter in its category with an under-seat compartment capable of holding a full jet helmet, according to information.

Various forms of Vespa

The colorful Vespa grouping includes the new overview Vespa GTS which follows the legendary "Vespone" with a strictly steel and wider body. The example has evolved from an aesthetic point of view while maintaining an interesting symbiosis between tradition and progress. We notice a new "tie" of the shield, together with the metal profiles of the body in different finishes. All the headlights are LED and there are also new side panels, a new license plate holder and new shapes of the lighting system. The mirrors, the handlebar which is now wider and the electric controls are new, as are new instruments with more indications and a keyless system. The seat is also new, allowing better support of the feet on the ground.
Among the interesting aspects there is also the new front suspension capable of absorbing any type of roughness and the more powerful braking system is also new with ABS as standard and the rear wheel anti-skid system. There are four versions in the range and different in terms of layout and shades, a range of 14 colours; while there are two engines: the 300 hpe with almost 24 horsepower, the most powerful ever placed on a standard Vespa and a more compact 125 from the i-get series with Start & Stop.

Starting from the Vespa GTS, the new one then took shape Vespa GTV redefined even with the typical references to the origins and with technological equipment and sporty finishes. The distinctive low headlight features LED technology and the new instrumentation preserves an elegant circular shape but is digital and allows you to use the functions linked to the Vespa MIA connectivity system, offered as an accessory. The instrumentation is associated with the handlebar via a cantilever support and is surrounded by a small fairing, defining a sporty vision. In the center of the shield the "tie" stands out with sporty side slits and is equipped with friezes with an orange border. The design of the five-spoke wheel rims painted in matt black with orange graphics on the channel is also new.
Also highlighted is a two-tone saddle with a single-seater racing layout, the rear area includes the installation of a rigid cover in the same color as the bodywork which recalls the fairings of the competition Vespas. The cover is proposed as an accessory and can be removed.

The new one is also sparkling from an aesthetic point of view Vespa Primavera Color Vibe, a manifesto of the colorful world of Vespa. It features a special two-tone livery with the body that can be upholstered in the Arancio Impulsivo and Bianco Innocente colours, combined with a teal-coloured footrest, a shade of turquoise.
You can notice a peculiar "spot" of contrasting color which, edged in black, runs diagonally along the body through the graphics on the sides of the shield and on the sides. The decorations of the typical "tie" on the shield and the exclusive wheel rims are also in teal colour, developed specifically for this version in a particular shiny metallic finish. The saddle is black in color with anthracite stitching.
The set-up also includes sporty black details, such as the profile that runs along the shield, the headlight and rear light frames, the spring and the front suspension cover, the crest on the front mudguard, the passenger grab handle and the silencer cover.

Finally, the research is highlighted Vespa 946 10° Anniversary, a special setup characterized by a dedicated color and which represents the reinterpretation of the classic Vespa green. A soft and velvety nuance, but with a hint of acidity that makes it exclusive and unique. A shade that emerged as a trend in the Spring Summer 2023 fashion collections in New York, London and Milan Fashion Weeks. It is a pearly color that looks pastel, but when illuminated it acquires depth, as suggested.
