Garage Italia Customs: a new Vespa 50 Special-e presented [PHOTO]

Revealed by Garage Italia Customs two interesting creations on the occasion of Milan Design Week. Together with the announced one Spider Duet Hybrid, an electric was also introduced Vespa 50 Special-e.

The founder Lapo Elkann and the new CEO of Garage Italia Customs, Sergio Esposito, unveiled the two-wheeled example during a Nineties Riviera themed event.
Spider Duet Hybrid e Vespa 50 Special-e by Garage Italia Customs are exhibited to the public at the Garage Italia Milano HQ in Piazzale Francesco Accursio 22, until Sunday 12 June.

The Vespa example is offered by Garage Italia Customs in new shades, including a characteristic "lattementa", defined in collaboration with RM. The details are white and contrasting with various elements such as the knobs, the profiles of the shield, the optional front and rear luggage racks and the tire cover bands. The short-stemmed mirror is characterized by a rectangular dial that recalls the shape of the headlight.
Among the peculiar aspects there is also a "gobbino" single-seater saddle, embraced by a technical material of nautical origin with a diamond texture, entirely or in combination with a maritime fabric.
Equally interesting is the electrification kit designed for the example, which occupies the space of the combustion engine in the side space. They highlight a power of 7 kW and an autonomy of 100 km, based on the information released.
