Galfer: presented the new G1310 brake pads

Galfer, in the year of its 70th anniversary, launches the new ones Racing pads G1310, a compound designed for competitive use on the track and also for daily use on sports motorbikes.

The solution

The tablets G1310 they are offered on the market with a renewed and "ECO-Friendly" packaging look with the elimination of plastic and the use of new biodegradable recycled materials for the packaging. There are also some aesthetic changes to the design, confirming a "Premium" aesthetic.

The new G1310 brake pads are the result of years of development and testing conducted in collaboration with Galfer teams and riders including Dennis Foggia (Leopard Racing Moto3), Lorenzo Baldassarri (Evan Bros Yamaha Supersport 600) and the former rider and champion of the Marco Melandri world.
High performance sintered pads Galfer G1310, given an excellent friction coefficient and the ability to maintain high stability and constant performance, even at high temperatures, allow strong, progressive and modulable braking from the first to the last lap of the race, as indicated. Given the technical characteristics, the new G1310s are not aggressive with the brake discs intended for long life.

The Racing G1310 sintered pads offer a high level of initial bite, as reported, high modular braking power, notable stability throughout the race and offer maximum performance in combination with brake discs Galfer Floatech®, thanks to the alignment between pads and brake disc, as well as the reduced weight.
In short, it is a product that promises high performance and versatility in terms of constant performance both in sports use and in road use.



Availability and figures

The models shown in the Galfer Racing 2022 catalog are proposed from 20 June 2022. The list price of the new G1310 pads is 125 euros + VAT for a set of 2 pads and 145 euros + VAT for a set of 4 pads.
