FB Mondial Flat Track 125: distinctive appearance and a modern heart [PHOTO]

The new FB Mondial Flat Track 125 it is recognizable by its distinctive design, powered by a lively Euro 5 single-cylinder engine.

The specialised farming model

Starting from the style, it appears essential and refined at the same time. Figure a new racing-style grille without low beam and high beam lights, placed instead on the sides, thus homogenizing the overall vision. The arrows a are also new LED with side lights included and an instrument panel TFT in color with adaptive lighting between day and night and two selectable configurations. Highlighted below the 2-seater saddle, located at 846 millimetres, is a new dual exhaust. The chassis part includes a 40mm USD front fork with 97mm travel and a rear monoshock with 120mm travel. The braking system with ABS consists of a 280 mm front disc combined with a 4-piston radial caliper and another 220 mm rear disc flanked by a single-piston floating caliper. The wheel rims are 19 inches.
The riding position is also functional, favored by a greater distance between the saddle and footrests compared to other models created previously, considering tall riders. The motorcycle is 2.072 mm long, 798 mm wide, 1.108 mm high and the wheelbase reaches 1.360 mm. The height from the ground is 175 mm. The curb weight amounts to 140 kg and the tank can hold 9,5 litres.

Motor

The engine is a single-cylinder four-stroke, DOHC with four valves. A heart Euro 5 da 124 cc with wet sump lubrication, electronic injection and liquid cooling, combined with a six-speed transmission. The maximum expressed power is 11 kW at 9.750 rpm and the maximum torque of 10,5 Nm at 9.750 rpm.
