Expolevante 2022: historic motorsport will also be the protagonist in Bari

On the occasion of Expolevante, To New Fiera del Levante di Bari twigs 21 al 25 April 2022, interesting examples of classic motorcycles and cars are expected for two and four wheel enthusiasts. With the presence ofHistoric Italian Automotoclub, an entire pavilion is reserved for historic motoring.

The appointment

At the event regarding leisure, sport and smart mobility, in the pavilion ASI several examples of cars and motorbikes are worth mentioning, as are two extraordinary prototypes of the ASI Bertone collection: a 1969 Runabout, a wedge-shaped “barchetta” that anticipated the Fiat X1/9 produced from 1972; then a 2003 Birusa, the last Bertone car baptized with a Piedmontese term meaning "bold, daring", developed on a chassis derived from BMW Z8.
There are several ASI federated associations present, just as the schedule of events is anticipated to be rich, including a national conference entitled “Historic vehicles as a tourist and economic driver for the area”, scheduled for Friday 22th April at 15 pm in the Congress Center of the Nuova Fiera del Levante adjacent to the ASI pavilion.
Together with the President of the ASI Alberto Scuro, several representatives of the institutions are expected. Among the highlighted appointments, Thursday's is also worth mentioning 21th April at 11:00 with the presentation of the re-enactment of the Bari Grand Prix with a visit to the Fair on April 24th at 10:00 am and, for two-wheel lovers, on Monday 25th April to 11:00 one retrospective regarding motorcycles in cinema.
