Exo 2000 Evo Air – The most advanced racing helmet ever designed by Scorpion Sport.

Exo 2000 Evo Air it is the result obtained by combining all the high technologies within the reach of the Scorpion Sport. The shell developed with the revolutionary ULTRA-TCT system (with higher percentages of noble fibres) manages to offer unprecedented protection. In the event of an impact, the extremely light shell is able to progressively deform, absorbing a considerable amount of energy. Safety guaranteed also thanks to the rapid extraction system of the internal cheek pads, which makes removal of the helmet (by specialized personnel) simpler and less invasive in the event of an accident.

Not only safety and lightness but also comfort benefits from the use of new technologies such as the 3D Contour interior of the helmet made of triple density 3D processed foam (removable and washable internal pads) capable of perfectly enveloping the rider's head (with provision of space for those who wear eyeglasses). The interior is lined with KwikWickIII® antibacterial fabric capable of keeping both the head and face dry and fresh, particularly during the hottest days.

Further technical innovation for the Interior can be operated via a small pump placed on the chin guard, which inflates and deflates the pads ensuring further almost perfect adhesion to the face, noting a reduction in the swaying phenomenon and annoying background noise at medium-high speeds.

The visor can be replaced in a few simple steps without the use of tools and is equipped with a mechanism with more powerful springs capable of guaranteeing hermetic tightening and 3 different locking/unlocking positions (open, closed and slightly open). In addition to the transparent visor, the Exo 2000 Evo Air is sold with a “Dark smoke” visor and Pinlock 100% MaxVision anti-fog film as standard.

The standard equipment is completed by: an advanced ventilation system capable of circulating the air inside the helmet while always keeping the head cool inside, a nasal deflector, the Double-D safety closure system and a 5-year of guarantee.
