Energica took advantage of the event EICMA 2022 of Milan to show its 2023 range. According to what was stated by the Italian motorcycle manufacturer, the new models offer more torque and autonomy thanks to a EMCE electric motor redesigned and revised battery chemistry.

In particular, at the international exhibition dedicated to two wheels, the manufacturer of zero-emission motorcycles presented three models called EsseEsse9+, Ego+ ed Rebel Eve. These offer 5% more autonomy and an increased engine torque of 7 Nm.

The maximum range is now 420 km

According to Energica, this translates into 35 Nm more torque at the rear wheel while all three models guarantee 420 km of autonomy in the city, over 250 km in the combined city cycle and 200 km on the motorway. Using a DC fast charger, it takes 40 minutes to recharge the battery from 0% to 80%.

THEEnergy Experia presented earlier this year on the Mugello circuit, it has maintained its 115 Nm of torque. EsseEsse9+, Ego+ and Eva Ribelle offer a 4.3-inch color TFT display, four driving modes (Urban, Eco, Rain and Sport), three customizable modes for the Experia and four regenerative maps (low, medium, high and off) .

Traction control is available as standard, as are cruise control and parking assist. All electric motorcycles boast the Keyless system.

A new electric motor was also presented

In addition to Energica EsseEsse9+, Ego+ and Eva Ribelle, the Italian brand presented a new liquid-cooled permanent magnet motor which weighs only 26 kg and spins up to 13.000 rpm.
