Energica and Randstad Italia: an E-Mobility Academy aimed at young generations

Energica Motor Company SpA, Together with Randstad Italy, gave shape to E-Mobility Academy. A project aimed at young people for inclusion in the working landscape. The E-Mobility Academy is scheduled from Monday 11 October see you on Friday 29 October in various locations and includes theoretical and practical activities in the classroom, in dedicated laboratories and at the Energica headquarters in Soliera, in the province of Modena.

This project is developed for the job placement of mechanics and electrical technicians in the electric mobility sector. An initiative linked in turn to the #StayChargeEDU project in which the Modena-based company promotes the culture of electric. Something current and not futuristic or distant. Energetic is the testimony that the electric revolution is underway and, with the E-Mobility Academy, Energica and Randstad intend to help the new generations to be ready.
The course is completely free and, as mentioned, aims to train young technicians who are looking for their first work experience and wish to acquire skills in the sector.
The proposal of an E-Mobility Academy is linked to the very potential of the new generations and the acquisition of skills represents an important aspect in the E-Mobility job market.
