Bearing in mind the agreements signed between Energica Motor Company Spa e Dell'Orto Spa, announced on 16 July 2019, the realities underline a shared modification of the same "with a view to greater and mutual autonomy in the development of the various projects that have been established to date with various clients of primary importance and on potential future projects in the relevant segment".
