EICMA, the road to the 2015 edition has been opened

EICMA – EICMA 2015 will take place as usual in November, but the road to the most important Italian motorcycle exhibition has already been opened. In fact, the “UPS & Rizoma Urban Mobility Contest @ EICMA 2015” was launched.

The project will take place over the months leading up to EICMA 2015, where the best projects presented at the contest will be exhibited. Students from the most prestigious design schools and faculties in Italy are called upon to design an object, a vehicle, an accessory that expresses the future of sustainable urban mobility on two wheels. The children will also be asked to integrate the concept of mobility in an EICMA key, which promotes sustainable mobility through two wheels.

The projects presented will be selected by a quality jury the best projects will be prototyped by Rizoma, and will have the opportunity to be exhibited to the public in an installation created specifically for the entire duration of EICMA 2015, an event that has reached its 73rd edition, the most important and long-running two-wheel event in the world. Up for grabs for the winner of the competition is the chance to work closely with Rizoma's creatives thanks to an internship at the company's headquarters in Ferno, Varese.
