To satisfy the requests of those looking for a versatile and, at the same time, powerful motorcycle, to satisfy those who want energy and performance combined with easy handling and road control, the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Honda reconfirms its presence in this intermediate segment with the new CBR600F Model Year 2011, officially presented at the International Cycle and Motorcycle Show in Milan, Eicma 2010, still scheduled until tomorrow.

“For this great return, Honda designers were tasked with combining the concept of total control with the latest motorcycle technologies. The time had come to create a new CBR600F that re-proposed in a modern key the qualities that had made the fortune of the previous models: an easy-to-handle motorcycle, with Super Sport performance and that refinement and practicality that are at the heart of the charm of every CBR. These qualities accompany a level of comfort for rider and passenger that is traditionally indicated by the letter “F” in the name.” This is how the Japanese company wanted to explain, in an official press release, the arrival of the new Honda CBR600F.

And what are the most important features for this motorcycle? The new Honda CBR600F is equipped with a four-cylinder in-line engine, 599 cubic centimeters of displacement, electronic injection, liquid cooling, single-spar aluminum frame, upside-down front forks, die-cast aluminum rear swingarm with adjustable mono-shock absorber, double floating front disc 296 mm with two-piston calipers, 240 mm rear disc and single-piston caliper, C-ABS device (available for a specific version), full fairing and aerodynamic fairing, three different colors (Pearl Cool White/Hyper Red, Pearl Cool White/Matt Cynos Gray Metallic, Pearl Cool White/Moody Blue Metallic), maximum power of 102 horsepower at 12.000 rpm and maximum torque of 63,5 Nm at 10.500 rpm, Honda anti-theft device as standard, total weight of 203 kilograms dry (210 for the version with C-ABS).
