Ducati, the brand museum wins TripAdvisor's 2015 Certificate of Excellence

Ducati – The Ducati Museum obtains the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence, recognition given to accommodation facilities that consistently receive excellent reviews from travelers on the travel portal. The TripAdvisor Award thus confirms the strength of the permanent exhibition of the Bolognese brand, which in 2014 recorded well over 40.000 guests from all over the world.

To select the winners of the Certificates of Excellence, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm that takes various items into account including quality, quantity and topicality of the reviews but also the opinions posted by travelers in the last twelve months, the position of the accommodation within the site's popularity ranking and the time spent in the ranking. TripAdvisor users have given the Ducati Museum almost the maximum score (four and a half out of five) expected by the travel site.

Il Ducati Museum, which is located within the motorcycle company, was inaugurated in 1998 and extends over an area of about 850 square meters, dedicated to over half a century of history of motorcycle racing. In the Ducati Museum you can admire the best of production: from artefacts from the pre-motorcycle era and the famous Cucciolo from 1946, up to the Desmosedici MotoGP. The Ducati Museum you can also visit it virtually on Google Maps where, thanks to the high definition of the images, you can do it along the famous road Ducati Riders which leads to the company and exploring the rooms and motorbikes on display down to the smallest details. In 2012 the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities Regional Directorate for Cultural and Landscape Heritage of Emilia Romagna declared that the Ducati Museum, together with the archive of the Borgo Panigale brand, are from historical and cultural interest such that they are included in the list of archival assets of the territory.
