Ducati Streetfighter V2: a new color for the example [PHOTO]

A Storm Green robe

Introduced a new color for Ducati Street Fighter V2, a variant Storm Green available to leave from July 2022 in dealerships.

The Ducati Streetfighter V2 example

Ducati Street Fighter V2, in the new coloring Storm Green, features black circles and red tags and is flanked in the proposal by the version in Ducati red.
The metallic green, selected by Ducati Style Center, highlights the aerodynamic and sculpted features of the model. The matt finish is combined with the colors of the mechanical part, while the metallic grain produces interesting contrasts on the various surfaces.
Another characterizing aspect of the model, which recalls the Street Fighter V4, is the front headlight with the badge V signature of the DRL associated with sportswomen and which, in turn, recalls the expression of the Joker.

A motorcycle where the rider figures at the centre, designed for road use with a balance between sporty character and comfort. The aluminum handlebar is located at the top and is wide, compared to the clip-on handlebars of the Panigale V2. The driving position promotes control in sporty driving and at the same time avoids fatigue in daily travel, taking into account a wide seat and new padding. Furthermore, the footrests have been repositioned for comfort.
The technological part is also interesting. Together with full-LED headlights with the aforementioned front DRL and a 4,3-inch color TFT instrument cluster, the electronic equipment is inherited from the Panigale V2. Of note is a six-axis IMU inertial platform that supervises the electronic controls, sending information to the control units that manage the controls. The electronic package includes: ABS Cornering (in EVO version), Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO 2, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO, Ducati Quick Shift up/down (DQS) EVO 2, Engine Brake Control (EBC) EVO.
Three Riding Modes listed: Sport, Road, Wet with specific control calibrations. The electronic equipment can be enhanced with accessories contained in the Ducati Performance catalogue, such as the Ducati Multimedia System which allows smartphone connection or the Ducati Data Analyzer (DDA + GPS).
In the catalog Ducati Performance there are various accessories designed to accentuate the specimen from an aesthetic and performance point of view.

Technical part

The Superquadro engine appears as a structural element and the front structure is associated with this, consisting of a shell-cast aluminum monocoque frame, anchored to the engine head. Also linked to the propulsive heart is the rear single-sided swingarm, which is 16 mm longer than that of the Panigale V2.
The chassis part includes a 43 mm Showa BPF front fork and a Sachs shock absorber with dedicated calibration.
The braking system is similar to that of the Panigale V2, including Brembo M4.32 monobloc calipers with 320 mm diameter discs, apart from the choice of less aggressive pads and more suitable for road use.

The engine Superquadro of 955 cm³ is compliant with the regulations Euro 5 and we note a shorter final ratio, 15/45 versus 15/43, functional for greater torque to the wheel at road speeds and readiness for stress.
The maximum expressed power reaches i 153 horses at 10.750 rpm and the torque peak is 101,4 Nm at 9.000 rpm.
The bike is equipped with five-spoke wheels which fit new Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires measuring 120/70 ZR17 for the front wheel and 180/60 ZR17 for the rear.
