Ducati Scrambler: the three models that complete the range presented at Intermot

Ducati – The Joyvolution Scrambler Ducati has chosen Intermot to announce that the Land of Joy will be completed with the arrival of three new unreleased versions: Full Throttle, Café Racer and Desert Sled.

The new Full Throttle is inspired by the flat track Scrambler driven by the Californian Frankie Garcia in the 2018 American Super Hooligan championship. With its yellow/black tank with white line, the new rear with dedicated saddle and the yellow number plates with white border, the bike is a tribute to dirt track racing. The low handlebar with variable section, light and ergonomic, the short front mudguard and the exhaust with double silencers are distinctive signs of the Scrambler Full Throttle. The Café Racer in its renewed livery is inspired by the legendary Ducati 125 GP Desmo from which it takes the "Silver Ice Matt" graphics with blue frame. The new 17" spoked wheels and the aluminum clip-on handlebars with mirrors applied to the ends are of typical 60s "race" inspiration, while the radial-type front brake master cylinder is a modern element capable of guaranteeing true sports braking. Even the exhaust with double terminal, the fairing, the side number plates with the number 54 in honor of Bruno Spaggiari and the short mudguard are a clear reference to the motorbikes that sped along the English streets of the 60s. The Scrambler Desert Sled takes up the spirit of the off-road bikes that have made history in the United States, without forgetting the Scrambler's own lifestyle values. The red frame, a new saddle with stitching of the same color and spoked rims with black channels make it even more contemporary. The new Desert Sled is also equipped with an "Off Road" Riding Mode in which it is possible to disengage the ABS to have fun on the dirt, thanks also to the support of a dedicated riding position and adjustable Kayaba suspensions. The off road style is emphasized by the presence of the approved grille for the front headlight, specially designed high fenders and the engine guard.

The aluminum of the new and more muscular cheeks blends perfectly with the steel of the teardrop tank and the glass of the new headlight. The new Scramblers are embellished with finishes such as the black painted engine and brushed cylinder fins. The new front headlight equipped with LED DRL (Daytime Running Light) allows you to be easily recognizable in traffic, even during the day, as do the new LED direction indicators which turn off automatically. The more ergonomic handlebar switches allow you to scroll more easily through the LCD instrumentation menu, which now also displays the gear engaged and the fuel level, and to easily use the Ducati Multimedia System, which from today allows you to listen to your favorite playlist, as well as answering phone calls or talking to the passenger thanks to the intercom. Riding the new Scramblers the fun becomes even more carefree thanks to the safety of the Bosch Cornering ABS, a new and exclusive content for this category of vehicles. The new hydraulic clutch control guarantees smoother operation while the adjustable lever, like that of the front brake, allows you to adapt its distance from the handlebar to your needs. Four years after the official launch of the Scrambler Ducati brand, which took place in Cologne in 2014, more than 55.000 motorcycles have been sold worldwide. The breadth of the brand is also represented by the four single-brand shops, the Scrambler Camps in Borgo Panigale, Padua, Barcelona and New York, and by the two Scrambler Food Factory restaurants opened in Bologna.
