Ducati Scrambler, the Slip-On Akrapovič line will unleash "the beast" [PHOTO]

Ducati Scrambler – Akrapovič's latest addition to its ever-expanding Ducati exhaust range now aims to unleash the Scrambler. Akrapovič has created a classic looking exhaust that complements the retro look of the bike, improving performance and giving it the typical Akrapovič sound.

The new range of Slip-On line exhausts for Ducati Scrambler was created using high quality titanium and will be available with ECE and CE certified exhausts or as an open non-approved version. Both versions were developed exclusively to offer better performance and greater freedom of expression to the simple but effective engine of this bike. The Slip-On line exhaust improves power massively across the entire rev range, particularly from 6.800 rpm onwards. The use of materials inspired by the world of racing reduces weight, improving handling and maneuverability. With a stainless steel pre-muffler on the approved version, there is also an optional catalytic converter which allows it to obtain ECE and CE certification.

The open system of the Slip-On Akrapovič line further improves the tuning of the Ducati Scrambler exhaust. With a full titanium connector pipe, without pre-muffler, this exhaust matches the character of the engine perfectly and gives a more intense sound. The exhaust gives more power over the entire rpm range, improves torque and reduces weight (-60%) making the Scrambler's performance a leap in quality. Optional headers, created to transform Slip Ons into complete systems, are available for both exhausts. Made from high-quality titanium, these headers feature larger tubes to increase airflow and improve performance even further, while significantly reducing weight compared to stock items. As an option for both systems, it is also available the handmade carbon fiber heat shield, replacing the stock version, which will improve the overall appearance of the exhaust and motorcycle.

Designed to fit perfectly with all models in the family Ducati Scrambler, these plug-and-play exhausts do not require any remapping or other components and are accompanied by an easy-to-understand assembly manual.
