A brilliant end to the year for Ducati, not only on the sporting front, recalling the triumphs with a triple crown in the MotoGP and WorldSBK, but also on the market with record numbers for sales, turnover and operating profit. It should be underlined that, for the first time in its history, Ducati turnover exceeds one billion euros, reaching 1 billion and 89 million euros. An increase of 24% compared to 2021, when 878 million euros were recorded and considering a product portfolio that allowed greater sales volumes, as highlighted on the occasion.

In 2022 the brand also achieved notable results in commercial terms with a record 61.562 motorcycles delivered to enthusiasts around the world, ensuring an increase of 3,6% compared to the previous year.
The operating profit figure is also interesting, another record of 109 million euros with a notable growth of 77% compared to 2021, when a value of 61,5 million euros was recorded. The level of company profitability therefore rises with a margin of 10%.
Among the other interesting news, in 2022, we remember the inauguration in December of the new manufacturing “Finishing and Aesthetic Resolution”, which involves dressing the model, which is also the last phase of the production cycle. A new building resulting from a major self-financed infrastructure investment. Investments in company headquarters infrastructure will continue in the coming years, it was stated on the occasion.
The sales network has grown further in the last year, given that at the end of 2022 it reached 821 Ducati dealerships. It is the highest number ever, the house now appears in 96 markets, also adding presence in Brunei, Ecuador, El Salvador and Mongolia.
For 2023, eight new models were presented within an increasingly extensive range, among these the new Multistrada V4 Rally aimed at travel enthusiasts; the new Diavel V4 which won the "Most beautiful motorcycle of the Show" award at EICMA and the second and colorful generation of Ducati Scrambler. We would also like to remind you that from 2023 until 2026 Ducati will be the sole supplier of motorcycles for the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Championship, which will officially start on 13 May 2023.
