Ducati Panigale V4: two limited series to celebrate the 2022 world titles

The successes in MotoGP and WorldSBK, achieved by Ducati and by the drivers Francesco Bagnaia and Álvaro Bautista, are celebrated with the development of two special series of Ducati Panigale V4 which bring to mind the Desmosedici GP22 and the Panigale V4 R ridden by the new World Champions. The bikes were introduced during the press conference that preceded the event “Champions in the Square²”, the event scheduled in Bologna to celebrate together with fans the prestigious triumphs achieved for the first time in the same season.

The exclusive special series

The motorcycles, developed in a limited series, will be delivered within one packing case with dedicated graphics and accompanied by: a authenticity certificate, Ducati Data Analyzer+ data acquisition system e customized motorcycle cover. For enthusiasts who want to take to the track, it will be possible to combine the additional accessories supplied, such as kits for removing the license plate holder and mirrors, the racing fuel tank cap machined from solid aluminum and an open clutch cover in carbon fibre.

The numbered and limited series also recalls the year of birth of Ducati, for each series there are only 260 examples. A reference to 1926, the year the manufacturer was founded.
To define the models we started from examples of Panigale V4 S coated with special liveries reminiscent of the motorbikes driven by Pecco Bagnaia #63 e Álvaro Bautista #19. Each example will be made unique by the driver's autograph placed on the tank, protected with a layer of transparent varnish.
Among the characterizing aspects we also highlight: the front and rear mudguards, the front brake ducts, the alternator cover and the heat shield for the rear exhaust manifolds, all made of carbon fibre. The protective cover of the single-sided swingarm is also developed with the same material, combined with titanium. The series referring to Álvaro Bautista #19 also features a brushed aluminum tank, a distinctive aspect of the exclusive Panigale V4 examples.
