Behind it is a single-sided aluminum swingarm and an adjustable Öhlins TTX36 shock absorber, as well as a hydraulic brake always managed electronically with event-based mode controlled by Öhlins Smart EC 2.0. The braking system is powerful with the help of an ABS Cornering EVO system and there is also a dry multi-disc clutch with hydraulic control and anti-slipper system with self-bleeding pump, combined with a final transmission with a 520 pitch chain. In the electronic overview Riding Mode and Power Mode are listed, as well as Engine Brake Control EVO, Ducati Slide Control, Ducati Traction Control EVO 2 and Ducati Wheelie Control EVO 2. The wheelbase reaches 1.469 mm, the saddle is placed at 835 mm in height and the weight in running order is 194 kg (considering a dry weight of 173 kg).

Also worth mentioning are the adjustable aluminum rider footrests with carbon heel guards and interesting solutions deriving from the high-performance and exclusive Ducati Superleggera V4 such as the Brembo Stylema R® front braking calipers, Brembo brake master cylinder with MCS system and 5 split-spoke carbon rims (plus 1,4 kg lighter than those present on the Panigale V4 S).
