The drivers underline the sensations felt and the energetic character transmitted on the asphalt by each example of Ducati Panigale V4S. In view of the next world championship season, the sports car represents a powerful way to get a taste of speed again.

Feisty nature

In the video proposed by Ducati, together with the voices of the pilots, the sound of the engines also emerges. Among the key aspects of the Panigale V4 S, in addition to the engine, the "Front-Frame" chassis, the consistent chassis, an OBTi (Objective Based Tuning Interface) adjustment interface, refined electronic equipment with different solutions including Ride by Wire, a high-performance braking system and refined aerodynamics. The saddle height is 835 mm.
The characterizing Aero Pack includes wing appendages in the front area, studied starting from an initial experimental phase in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD technique) and then developed in the wind tunnel.
The elements also include a new plexiglass with a larger fairing, optimized and wider fairings based on the offshoots, extractors with a reported increase in cooling flows for water (+6%) and oil radiators (+16%) and indeed the aerodynamic appendages monoplanar. A trapezoidal matrix is highlighted, resulting tapered towards the external part, therefore a longitudinal bulkhead indicated as "strike" and another element at the end called "winglet", refining the incisiveness of the appendage with an isolation of the air flows superficial, taking up the information. They are wing elements made using thermoplastic material strengthened with glass fibre. Taking into account the appendages and the hull, there is an increase in vertical load equal to 30 kg at 270 km/h, mitigating the "floating" effect of the front wheel, as well as maximizing braking stability.
The engine Desmosedici Stradale V4 da 1.103 cc it is characterized by 90° banks. The expressed power is: 214 horses at 13.000 rpm and the torque of 124 Nm at 10.000 rpm. Also interesting is the dry weight of 174 kg, slightly lower than the 175 kg of the Panigale V4. Also of note: specific knobs, Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension and steering damper, an Öhlins NIX-30 fork and Öhlins TTX 36 rear shock absorber, lithium ion battery, Marchesini forged aluminum rims.
