On the Multistrada V4 the TFT digital instrument panel is 5 inches, while the other Multistrada V4 S and Multistrada V4 S Sport models are equipped with a 6,5 inch display with solutions such as Ducati Connect and a map navigator.

Setting

The bike is characterized by a lightweight aluminum monocoque frame derived from MotoGP experience and a two-element trellis rear structure, as well as light clusters with a distinctive light signature DRL, full lights LED and Cornering Light system considering the Multistrada V4 S and Multistrada V4 S Sport, therefore deflectors, vents and superstructures that define its appearance.
Features a new double-sided swingarm and 19-inch front wheel within a muscular and aerodynamic concept. The tank can hold 22 liters and there is a space nearby where there is a USB socket, where you can leave, for example, a phone connected via Wifi or Bluetooth to the model's interactive system.
The chassis is defined by an adjustable front fork with upside down legs of 50 millimeters in diameter and a mentioned progressive rear solution with mono-shock absorber, also adjustable, with remote management of the spring preload and double-sided aluminum swingarm. Wheel travel at the front and rear is 170mm and 180mm respectively.

The braking system varies slightly between the Multistrada V4 and the Multistrada V4 S and Multistrada V4 S Sport, noting two 320 mm front discs with Brembo monobloc calipers with four pistons and two pads or 330 mm on the V4 S and V4 S Sport with monobloc calipers Brembo M50 Stylema® radial mount with four pistons and two pads with radial pump. At the back there is always a 265 mm disc and Brembo two-piston floating caliper. Always features a Cornering ABS system. The front wheel is 120/70 ZR 19, the rear 170/60 ZR 17.
The wheelbase is 1.567 mm, a height from the ground reaches 220 mm (46 mm more in comparison with the Multistrada 1260, as mentioned) and the standard seat can be managed in two positions: 840 and 860 mm, with the possibility of adopting a lowered saddle with 50 mm of foam for a height of up to 810 mm. You can opt for a saddle increased in thickness to 875 mm.

V4 Granturismo engine

La Ducati Multistrada V4 it is equipped with a new 1.158 cc engine, as standard Euro 5. We note a six-speed gearbox with Ducati Quick Shift Up & Down system. Achieved a power of 170 horses at 10.500 rpm with a torque peak of 125 Nm at 8.750 rpm. Values ​​to be considered against a dry weight of 215 kg (in the case of the Multistrada V4, 218 kg for the V4 S and 217 kg for the V4 S Sport).
