Ducati Multistrada V4: a new color on the S model and updates for 2022 [PHOTO]

The family Ducati Multistrada V4 evolves in 2022. Among the new features are a color scheme Iceberg White for Multistrada V4 S, interesting electronic solutions e two introductions to the Ducati Performance accessories line.

A new livery for the S version

Among the colors related to Ducati Multistrada V4 S, for 2022 a new look is highlighted Iceberg White. A variety of glossy white that highlights the model's sculpted features. The Ducati Multistrada V4 S in Iceberg White livery will be offered in dealerships from March, alongside the Ducati Red e Aviator Grey. The model can be booked in four trim levels: Essential, Radar, Travel & Radar and Full.

New accessories

Moving on to the solutions Ducati Performance, we note the insertion of a lowered suspension kit it's a set of aluminum bags.
The kit for lowering the vehicle, reducing the height of the saddle from the ground by 20 mm, is available for the Ducati Multistrada V4 S and includes: fork springs, shock absorber springs and side stand. With the kit the possible saddle height levels increase. The presence of the low saddle accessory (-30 mm) and the raised saddle (+15 mm) allows you to space between 790 e 875 mm.
Then from April 2022, side cases and aluminum top cases will also be included in the Ducati Performance catalogue. Solutions defined by the Ducati Style Center and developed in collaboration with Givi. The suitcases can be used from above, maximizing capacity and simplifying operations. For further practicality, internal bags are also offered as accessories, developed in resistant waterproof fabric with heat-sealed seams and personalized with the Ducati Performance logo. They allow you to make the most of the available space and keep the objects inside in order. The practical handles for carrying them as hand luggage are also highlighted. The total capacity of the side cases amounts to 76 liters and the top case results from 41 liters.

Electronic solutions

Ducati Multistrada V4 it is an example already known for its technological qualities. In addition to the versatility on different types of terrain and the performance linked to a powerful V4 Granturismo heart, it is also the first motorcycle in the world equipped with front and rear radar combined with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Blind Spot Detection (BSD) systems.
Continuing to talk about electronics, the main novelty for 2022 is a new semi-automatic function of the electronic suspensions, again for the model Multistrada V4 S, called Minimum Preload. A feature that allows the height of the model to be limited and facilitates placing the feet on the ground during use in the city or during low-speed movements, also considering the presence of a passenger in the saddle.
Then a highlight software update relating to the interaction between motorcyclist and vehicle, with a series of improvements implemented in the areas of Infotainment (Ducati Connect) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) user interface.
The new update package is offered as standard content on the new bikes and is also aimed at interested parties who already own a Multistrada V4 S example.
