The new Ducati Hypermotard 939 draws inspiration and design from the world of Supermotard, but adds a large dose of performance and versatility. The Ducati Hypermotard 939 is the perfect mix of versatility and sportiness. Lightweight and easy for daily use. The Hypermotard SP with high-level components and performance offers the best of itself in sports riding and on the track. The Hyperstrada 939 tourer, thanks to its rich standard equipment, guarantees practical everyday use and is versatile and fun for medium-distance journeys. The common denominator of the Hypermotard 939 family and the big news for 2016 is the new EURO 11 approved 937 cm3 Ducati Testastretta 4° engine, which equips the entire range.

The new Ducati Testastretta 11° 937 cm³ engine guarantees a maximum power of 113 HP, but above all an increase in torque compared to the previous version equal to 10% at the point of maximum torque delivered. The new thermal allows an improvement in torque across the entire range of use, which reaches up to 18% at medium speeds, thus accentuating the sporty character of the range. This twin-cylinder, enriched with an oil radiator that guarantees maximum performance even in the most extreme use, is inserted into the steel tube trellis frame that made the Hypermotard famous. The entire Hypermotard 939 family is equipped with the Ducati Safety Pack which includes 2-level ABS (Hypermotard 939 and Hyperstrada 939) and 3-level ABS (Hypermotard 939 SP), 8-level Ducati Traction Control and 3 Riding Modes. Each Riding Mode has different electronic settings to give three different souls to the Hypermotard 939. The new #hypermotard939 is agile, precise, lively with a compact design. LThe Ducati Hypermotard 939 is fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres. Available in the typical Ducati Red color, as well as in the elegant “Star White Silk” white, both associated with the red frame. The Hypermotard 939 SP has a MotoGP-inspired livery, weighs 178 kg and features a fully adjustable 48 mm diameter Öhlins upside-down fork at the front with 185 mm of travel. The rear suspension is instead entrusted to a fully adjustable Öhlins shock absorber, which allows a rear wheel travel of 175 mm. With three dedicated riding modes (Race, Sport and Wet) together with ABS and DTC, the new Ducati Hypermotard 939 SP is ready to face any challenge.
