Presented MG-20, the first folding magnesium e-bike of the line Ducati Urban e-Mobility, created under license by MT Distribution.

The specimen

Una e-bike with a low weight and a characterizing appearance that recalls the sportiness of Ducati, observing the frame with a sleek and clear profile, in addition to the six-spoke rims, made with the die-casting technique.

The management of functions, including turning on the lights and choosing between three levels of assistance translated into 12-18-25 km/h, it is possible through a Waterproof LCD display. During the evening hours security is supported by LED headlight front and by the reflective bands located on the wheels.

Technology

Elements such as frame, forks and rims are developed in magnesium, a solid and light material, which supports their performance. Given the compact dimensions of the wheels (20" x 2,125") it is possible to fold the model and the pedals allowing combined use with public or private transport thanks to the small size and making this e-bike functional and easy for urban travel.

It features a rear engine from 250w which captures the road conditions, the slope and the force used in pedaling, giving the right level of assistance depending on the selected mode. Also associated with a Samsung battery 36V 10.5Ah 378Wh integrated into the frame, which can be removed to facilitate charging. A complete one allows you to travel up to 50 km, as reported.

Proposal

The e-bike MG-20 will be available upon departure from July 2021 at dealers and in the official Ducati e-shop, as well as in specialized consumer electronics stores and in the main online stores. Like the products Ducati Urban e-Mobility, the purchase of the MG-20 folding e-bike includes one year of AXA Tutela Famiglia insurance, as reported.
