Ducati, DRE Academy and DRE Travel Adventures: various ways to live a passion

The proposal Ducati Riding Experience becomes wider for the 2023 season, always thinking of the fans of the Borgo Panigale brand. A way to enrich the experience of enthusiasts with DRE format which include a high-level educational proposal, with highly experienced instructors including former MotoGP professionals, in evocative places and riding various Ducati models.

A series of possibilities

The DRE program has welcomed over 2003 participants since 28.000. The innovations presented for 2023 in the DRE Academy driving courses and in the DRE Travel Adventures trips, as well as the programming of new international dates, are proof of constant evolution with an update of the contents to meet every motorcyclist.

Starting from 2022, the Ducati Riding Experience package also includes DRE Travel Adventures organized trips, various proposals designed to capture the attention of motorcyclists. For 2023, after feedback for DesertX Expedition, Dream tour e Multistrada Expedition, these have been confirmed in a calendar which will be followed by new international stages.

Appointments for 2023

Consulting the section of the Ducati portal, as suggested, the information and details for registering for the 2023 season events are visible, with the aforementioned confirmations and news.
Three stages of DRE Road e DRE Rookies are scheduled at the Modena Autodrome on the weekends of 20-21 May, 24-25 June and 9-10 September. There are two events with the DRE Racetrack including the "One to One" programs, on the agenda for 6-7 June and 26-27 September at the prestigious Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

The new DRE Track Warm Up is scheduled for the weekend between 17 and 18 June at the Modena Autodrome. It represents the main innovation in the DRE Academy 2023. An independent course compared to the DRE Racetrack, for motorcyclists who want to learn the basics of riding on the track. The format starts with a theoretical briefing by Technical Director Dario Marchetti, focused on various aspects such as the correct riding position, braking, acceleration and riding techniques with subsequent exercises in the paddock. Track training includes five sessions, the first of which represents a reconnaissance lap to get to know the track by driving one of the models linked to the DRE Road. In the other four sessions you will ride a Panigale V2 and a specialized instructor will give valuable advice before each session, followed by dedicated debriefs.

Turning to Dre adventure, designed for adventurouring lovers who wish to enhance their driving skills on and off the road, registrations will be possible in January 2023, according to a calendar that includes appointments on the dates: 25-26 and 27-28 May, 13-14 and July 15-16, July 20-21 and 22-23, September 7-8 and 9-10.

However, registrations are already open DRE Travel Adventures: the first appointment is scheduled with the DesertX Expedition in Sardinia from 12 to 16 June. While the four Dream Tours are scheduled for 3-5 July, 10-12 July, 13-15 October and 17-19 October. So the Multistrada Expedition will start from Turin on October 3rd and end on October 8th.

The stages already present in the calendar represent a first part of the DRE proposal for the year 2023, other innovations are expected in the coming months as mentioned. Furthermore, the DRE Racetrack events will soon be extended with a calendar of international dates at important tracks.
