Ducati: a donation of 200.000 euros to the Civil Protection of Emilia-Romagna to support those affected by the flood

Ducati it is a reality that came to life in the neighborhood of Borgo Panigale in Bologna and is linked to the respective regional context. Recently the bad weather that hit some areas of Emilia Romagna caused considerable damage and, unfortunately, also caused deaths. Ducati has communicated its participation in the campaign “Aid for Emilia-Romagna” with a donation of 200.000 euros to the Civil Protection of the Region, which will use the funds to support the people and communities affected by the recent flood.

Ducati, together with its official riders, invites the international community of Ducatisti, DOC and dealers to join together to help support the Civil Protection of Emilia-Romagna.
Furthermore, Ducati is close to employees who, having suffered damage or inconvenience, need time to manage the emergency, recognizing the hours of absence as working and therefore paid, as underlined in the press release released.
The union representatives and employees also took action to donate an hour of their salary. The proceeds will be doubled by the company, again as support for the people and communities affected, it is also noted on the occasion.
