Ducati Diavel for Bentley: the new motorcycle inspired by the Batur [PHOTO]

A motorbike created in collaboration between two excellences in the motoring world: the Ducati Diavel for Bentley. The iconic brands have produced this model in a limited edition of 500 pieces, unveiled in Miami. A mix of performance, craftsmanship, innovation and exclusivity, created on the technical basis of Ducati Diavel V4 and with the integration of some elements of the Bentley Batur.

The quality characteristics

The Ducati Diavel for Bentley is made with Scarab Green livery, used for the bodywork of the British brand's car. From which other characteristic features were also taken, such as the forged wheels painted in Dark Titanium Satin, but also the side air intakes, which recall the two-tone front grille of the Batur. The front fender, the fairing and the top view of the tank recall the ribs of the front hood, while the single-seat tail, which can be replaced with a passenger seat, takes many styling cues from the rear.

La saddle of the driver, in black Alcantara, is inspired by the interior of the car, with precision workmanship that reveals the underlying red fabric identical to that of the Batur seats and with the Bentley logo embroidered on the rear cushion. The double outlet exhaust, with its cover, has been redesigned to harmonize with the refined lines of the motorbike. The unit's production number is located on a plate inserted into the carbon fiber cover on the right side of the motorcycle.

The engine

This special model is powered by the engine 4 cc V1.158 Granturismo, with a power of 168 HP and an unmistakable sound, thanks to the Twin Pulse combustion order and the dedicated exhaust.

The special Mulliner version

A further 50 examples will be even more exclusive. Indeed, Ducati also offers a series called Diavel for Bentley Mulliner, exclusively available to Mulliner customers. Thanks to the direct collaboration with the designers of the Ducati Style Center, they will be able to configure their bike with different colors for the saddle, the front brake calipers, the carbon fiber parts and the rims.
