From 15 February to 16 June 2019 Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art di St. Petersburg will host the first exhibition dedicated to design Ducati, “Ducati Style”.

The exhibition will be divided into sections: in the first there are the historic moments of the Bolognese company, since 1926, when brothers Ducati Riders they founded Radio Brevetti Ducati, up to the present day with the presence of the first V4 engine. In another section however, it will be possible to admire the sculpture “Fortitude mea in levitate” (My strength lies in lightness). It is a sculpture made from three blocks of marble, which anticipates the exhibition of the Ducati models, to be precise sixteen "Rosse di Borgo Panigale", some of which leave Europe for the first time, together with design concepts, exclusive images and videos. This is an exhibition created to celebrate the Rossa di Borgo Panigale, but also Volkswagen Group Russia, which since January 2019 has been the official importer responsible for the sale, after-sales assistance and marketing of the entire range Ducati e Ducati Scrambler, as well as spare parts, accessories and clothing of the two brands, in the land of the Tsars.

Andrea Ferrarese, Director of the Ducati Style Center, said: “The Ducati exhibition inside the Erarta Museum in St. Petersburg is characterized by a modern concept, in which each motorcycle is presented as a work of art. It is an exhibition that aims to highlight the aesthetic research and lines of our motorbikes. It is a journey into the Ducati myth. Let's start with the story of the Ducati Moments, that is, the facts, the people, and the technological innovations that have made the history of the Company, to arrive at the latest generation series motorcycles such as the new Diavel 1260".
