A system developed thanks to the experience of Task Force of the company, which arose in the first moments of the health emergency linked to COVID-19 Coronavirus, for the safety of employees in the plant and in the various branches. Experiences in which practices and methods for sanitization and distancing were redefined, as well as encouraging smartworking in a process of redefining operating methods. Hence a defined guarantee program “Ducati Cares”, for the protection of customer reception by moving towards a so-called “Phase 2” of the emergency.

Returning to the "Ducati Cares" program, shared with the network, guidelines are indicated to encourage the safe return of customers to the various sales points. In essence, a decalogue that underlines any precautionary activity and method in favor of and guaranteeing protection, i.e. safety devices, use of disinfectants, distances between people, reported through the various communication channels and directly in the dealership, as emerged.
