Ducati: a great 2022, 61.562 motorcycles delivered worldwide

Ducati ended 2022 with an achievement to remember: the delivery of 61.562 specimens. Another important milestone after the sporting triumphs already achieved, sales increased by 3,6% compared to 2021. The most loved model remains the Ducati Multistrada V4 in its different variations.

last year theItaly remained the main market for the Borgo Panigale brand, given the 9.578 units sold and an increase of 10% compared to the previous year. The United States they are the second reference market with 8.441 units delivered, a drop of 6% compared to 2021 linked to logistical difficulties. Among the highlighted markets, then, there is the German one which is the third among those listed. 6.678 motorcycles were delivered Germany, an increase of 9% over 2021.

2022 was also an interesting year when it came to retailing network, grown again. In the final phase of last year, the Ducati dealerships became 821, a new record thanks to the sum of the points in Brunei, Ecuador, El Salvador and Mongolia, reaching 96 markets.
Instead, thinking about 2023, several new features were presented, eight examples that enrich a multifaceted overview that responds to the needs of more enthusiasts. The bikes that could capture the most interest include both the Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally which aims to capture the attention of those who love to travel; be the new Ducati Diavel V4 which won the title of "Most beautiful motorcycle of the show" at the last edition of EICMA. Among the examples cited also the second generation of Scrambler® lively, colorful and technological, composed of the different Icons, Full Throttle and Nightshift.

Speaking instead of the most popular and already marketed models, the Multistrada V4 in the different variants, as mentioned, it remains the most appreciated example by enthusiasts with 10.716 units delivered worldwide. It is followed by the range Monster with 7.971 sales and from the model family Scrambler® 800 with 6.880 deliveries.
