Ducati: Andrea Dovizioso is the testimonial of #Guardaavanti [VIDEO]

Ducati – #Guardaavanti, the campaign signed by TIM and Ducati, passes through Bologna and energetically activates the city, to remind drivers and motorcyclists not to use their cell phones while driving. Over 600 children from six schools in Bologna took to the streets with activities to raise awareness among citizens by interacting with passers-by, traders and onlookers.

Exceptional testimonial was Andrea Dovizioso, official rider of the Ducati Corse team, who got involved and proved to be a champion also with the road motorcycle simulators of the European Safety Laboratory, partner of the initiative. The campaign last year involved 3.500 students in schools in 20 cities in Italy. “Making young people the protagonists of this event is the best way to convey a message on this issue, on which we must keep our guard up.” said Nadia Monti, councilor of the municipality. “And it is important to do so in Bologna, where we have lowered the statistics on road accidents with safety policies”. For Cristiano Habetswallner, Tim sponsorship manager, “it is a project with a strong playful component on a problem felt in Italy, where 12,4% of motorists use their cell phones while driving. With this project we speak to young people in a new and friendly way".
