It will remain open until May 10th
Ducati – Ducati returns to the Audi City Lab, which after the success of last December reopens its doors in the heart of Milan, in via Montenapoleone, on the occasion of the Design Week, where it will remain open until 10 May.
During the Fuorisalone period theAudi City Lab it will become the venue for a series of meetings. The themes will range from design, to music, to the mobility of the future to innovation, in the presence of exceptional guests, including architects, designers and leading figures from the world of the individual brands that make up the Audi Group, namely Audi, Ducati , Lamborghini and Italdesign Giugiaro. Ducati wanted to make its own contribution to the Audi City Lab, proposing a “Lightness Experience” expressed with two different installations.
The first branded installation Ducati, called “Fortitudo mea in levitate” (my strength is in lightness), exhibited until 28 April, directly on via Montenapoleone, is a sculpture made of white Carrara marble, designed by Gianandrea Fabbro, creative director of the Ducati Style Center, and inspired by the aesthetic canons of panigale, of which Fabbro himself is the designer. The sculpture was created from three blocks of pure Carrara marble, artfully crafted to communicate that lightness which is deliberately in strong contrast with the weight of marble, which has always been recognized as the noble material of art.
The second installation instead features one as the protagonist Ducati Panigale R and is displayed on the first floor of the location, where it will remain for the entire opening period of the Audi City Lab. Inserted into the wall in a symbolic frame, it almost seems to float in the absence of weight and gravity, further identifying and interpreting the theme of the lightness of “Ducati Lightness Experience”, supported this time by a strong technological impact.
Audi City Lab provides four “big-event” in the evenings as well as a rich agenda of daily talks, in which customers, enthusiasts and professionals can participate.
