DRE Enduro, the driving course with the Multistrada 1200 Enduro took place in the Gobi Desert

DRE Enduro – The DRE Enduro has also arrived in China. A few days after the arrival on the Chinese market of the Multistrada 1200 Enduro, the five-star Ducati riding school wanted to offer the first three off-road riding courses also to passionate Chinese motorcyclists.

The location chosen for the Chinese edition of the DRE Enduro was the city of Dunhuang, in the Gobi Desert: a suggestive oasis, located in central-northern China which welcomed 50 students. As in Nipozzano, in Tuscany, the European headquarters of the DRE Enduro, the off-road driving course in China also had a unique setting: with artificial obstacles for the slalom exercises; curves in sequence; driving tests uphill and downhill; emergency braking; axis of equilibrium and the so-called test of the scale. Furthermore, during the Chinese DRE Enduro a 16 kilometer route was created in the desert, where the students were able to put into practice the teachings received in the first part of the course. Thanks to the technical director of the DRE Enduro Beppe Gualini, a highly experienced ex-Dakari rider, and the head instructors of the course Andrea Rossi.

The DRE Enduro also in China offered students the opportunity to visit unique places in an exclusive atmosphere organized down to the smallest detail. Like the archaeological site of Mogao Caves, made up of caves dug into the rock in 400 AD. The second day was instead a full immersion in practice, and the students rode the motorbike amidst scenarios of rare beauty. The 2016 season of the prestigious riding school of the Borgo Panigale company came to an end with the Chinese edition of the DRE Enduro. Given the success of this season, preparations for the second year of courses have already begun. The commitment in China has been confirmed, while other dates and greater involvement of both students and companions are already planned for the Italian stages of Nipozzano.
