Ciapa La Moto pays homage to Bruno Sacchi
Appointment on Wednesday 27 June 2018, from 20.00 pm, at the Motosplash spaces
On Wednesday 27 June 2018, from 20.00 pm, an evening organized by Ciapa La Moto and dedicated to Bruno Sacchi.
Who is Bruno Sacchi
When passion won over business, when there were many gentleman riders and Monza was the natural landing place on Sunday morning, when an amateur could race in Superbike and even in the MotoGP, that is when Bruno Sacchi was there. Bruno was the foster father of many motorcyclists who invaded the tracks across Europe from Milan. Born in 1947, very passionate about motorbikes and racing, in love with his work which he carried out first with his brother Gino and then with his children and grandchildren, in 1974 he took to the track for the first time with the Fratelli Sacchi Corse team to compete in the championship 250 juniors. And he never stopped. From his Milanese shop he taught many future champions, from the seventies to the late XNUMXs. An unrepeatable moment, which is already history.
An evening in honor of Bruno Sacchi
Its drivers will participate in Wednesday's evening: Virginio Ferrari, Giovanni Bussei, Bruno Cirafici, Vittorio Iannuzzo, Water Tortoroglio, Luca Scassa, Max Temporali and Sandro Moro. His mechanic Gilberto Marcuzzi will be there. Motorcycles could not be missing and in fact they will not be missing: the first 500 Jada GP from 1975, when Bruno began his GP adventure, will be on display, as well as the bikes of Davide Giugliano and Luca Scassa. Gilberto Marcuzzi will open the evening with songs from the Milanese Mala. It will present Nico Cereghini, the first driver in the history of the Fratelli Sacchi Team since 1974. Participating will be a unique opportunity to learn about the extraordinary life of an enthusiast who from Milan became a legend of the paddock.
