A limited series model of the MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR LH44 Serie Limitata was auctioned in favor of amfAR, which deals with AIDS research, on the occasion of the Transalpine Film Festival
The power of the two models can go from 35 kW to 70 kW and vice versa, to guarantee maximum versatility and depending on the driving document held by the owner
"For us it is another great recognition and further confirmation of how much energy and resources MV Agusta is dedicating to the constant development of new products", said Giovanni Castiglioni
MV Agusta's news at EICMA 2018 as told by technical director Brian Gillen: in the foreground there is the most powerful Naked ever, but also a look at the future of the brand, with the Superveloce 800 concept.
Among the novelties brought by MV Agusta to EICMA 2018 is the Dragster 800 RR America, to recall an important name in the history of the brand. In the foreground, the color on a mica blue base will be made in 200 copies.
The bike derives from the F3 800 super sports car from which it inherits its riding position and ergonomics. The footrests are adjustable, while the engine will be remapped to enhance its delivery characteristics, without excluding the possibility of an increase in maximum power
The new MV Agusta Brutale 2018 Serie Oro arrives at EICMA 1000, defined as the most powerful Naked ever, with its 208 horsepower, but with the possibility of reaching 212 HP. Only 300 examples will be made.
The MV EAS 2.0 electronic gear shift is fitted as standard, while the extensive use of titanium makes it very light and resistant. The braking system is completely new, while a mixed structure, a trademark of MV Agusta, was chosen for the chassis
The "B3 RR", as they call it in Schiranna, gets a makeover with the MY2018. Especially where you can't see it, in the engine and also in the chassis, which even changes in dimensions. Targeted interventions that make the Brutale more modern and less grumpy perhaps, but without giving up its strong character
The color choices are inspired by those of the F4 LH44, characterized by the combination of black, red and white. The progressive production number on the dashboard cover identifies each example as belonging to the limited series of 144 pieces
The chassis has also been the subject of specific interventions, such as the choice to attach the engine to the frame, in order to increase the overall rigidity of the vehicle
There will be BMW, Yamaha, Husqvarna, Honda, Suzuki, MV Agusta, KTM, Harley-Davidson, Indian, Kymco and Triumph, while the Piaggio Group will make its return, also with test rides.
