Casey Stoner – Casey Stoner, returning from the Mugello race, tested the new Ducati maxi-enduro. And here is the video and photos of his route on road and off-road in the hills surrounding Bologna. A beautiful and fun journey, even challenging at times, which allowed the Australian to test the qualities of the bike.

"I like it very much! ", said Casey Stoner as soon as he got off the Multistrada 1200 Enduro. "The riding position offered by this motorcycle is almost better than that of off-road vehicles. When you ride the Multistrada 1200 Enduro you don't get tired; on dirt roads full of potholes or even on real rocks this bike is incredibly stable. The weight helps make it stable as happens with all bikes of this size but, unlike the others, the Multistrada 1200 Enduro seems like a toy in every situation. When you want to change direction, the bike responds easily and precisely. It looks great when you look at it, but when you drive it it doesn't feel that way. It's a truly special bike and has no limits. With the Multistrada 1200 Enduro you can have fun both on the road and off-road, and you can carry a lot of luggage when you go on long journeys. It is the best solution for many different situations and you can even bring the family with you. I was really impressed".

The engine of the Ducati Multistrada Enduro 1200 is the 160 HP Testastretta DVT (Desmodromic Variable Timing), EURO 4 approved, equipped with a new exhaust system. Thanks to the technology of the four Riding Modes (Enduro, Touring, Sport and Urban) the Ducati Multistrada Enduro 1200 also has the four typical souls of the Borgo Panigale company's multibike. Furthermore, it also comes as standard with electronic speed control and a Bluetooth module which, via the Ducati Multimedia System (DMS), allows you to connect the motorbike to a smartphone and manage the most important multimedia functions (receiving phone calls, SMS notification, listening to music) through the handlebar buttons and viewing the information on the TFT dashboard. Furthermore, the new Multistrada Link App, available for iOS and soon also for Android, allows you, thanks to the Bluetooth connection fitted as standard on the Multistrada Enduro, to connect your smartphone and record motorbike data and road itineraries.
