Casco and the 2Ride Group together in the outdoor sector

Il 2Ride Group further strengthens its position in the outdoor market through the acquisition of Helmet, a European company that deals with helmets and glasses.

Another acquisition after that of Troy Lee designs, which took place in March 2022, a well-known brand among BMX, mountain bike and motocross enthusiasts.
By pooling their knowledge, the companies aim to create valuable products for different markets, as well as integrate their respective distribution capabilities.
The acquisition represents for the 2Ride Group the opportunity to consolidate its position in the outdoor segment with a brand that masters the design and production of its creations. With a shared Research and Development department, the group will grow in the creation of new products, from what has emerged.

The new Group will produce a turnover of approximately 230 million euros, as reported, with 70% generated in the motorcycle sector and 30% in the outdoor sports sector. 40% of revenues will be obtained outside Europe, according to indications.
Helmet Since 1989, in its factory in Romania, it has been involved in the design and development of products dedicated to horse riding, cycling and skiing. This reality introduced the first lightweight equestrian helmet and many other innovations for cycling and ski helmets.
Casco creations are recognized as premium accessories, given their valuable features and their connotative design. This brand is also known for fire and rescue helmets.
The new merger will enrich the group by providing expertise in various fields, also intensifying its role in the market.
